About Kidz Club
At Kidz Club, we are a close-knit team that goes above and beyond to create a family feel in our afterschool club. Our veteran-owned afterschool program provides state-of-the-art security throughout, giving our parents complete peace of mind as to the safety of their precious children.
Our Afterschool Program was founded in 2023, following the success of our child care centers, we saw a need in our families for quality out-of-school care. Since our beginning, we have worked incredibly hard to create the best possible afterschool program in Brandon, Florida; with the belief that “parents help parents”.
Our team is highly qualified in all aspects of child enrichment, including High School Diplomas up to Degree level. We continually invest in our team and provide opportunities to further their knowledge and development which maintains their motivation, commitment, and enjoyment. This could be through long-term qualification routes or short courses or in-house training.

Vacancies:
Afterschool Coach
Here at Kidz Club, we are currently seeking a reliable and energetic Afterschool Coach to support the growth and development of our children during afterschool hours. This part-time role plays a crucial part in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for our students.
Main Responsibilities:
• Supervise and engage children in a variety of after-school activities that promote social, emotional, and physical development
• Lead structured games, creative projects, and learning opportunities appropriate to the age group
• Maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages participation and positive behavior
• Support students with homework or quiet academic time as needed
• Assist with snack distribution and cleanup during program hours
• Ensure all sign-in and sign-out procedures are followed for student safety
• Communicate positively with parents, guardians, and team members
• Follow all Kidz Club policies, procedures, and health and safety protocols
• Be a positive role model and support a team-first, child-focused environment
Qualifications:
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a clean driver’s license
• Previous experience working with children in a group setting is preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Energetic, dependable, and able to manage groups of children effectively
• Ability to pass a full background check
