About Kidz Club
At Kidz Club, we are a close-knit team that goes above and beyond to create a family feel in our afterschool club. Our veteran-owned afterschool program provides state-of-the-art security throughout, giving our parents complete peace of mind as to the safety of their precious children.
Our Afterschool Program was founded in 2023, following the success of our child care centers, we saw a need in our families for quality out-of-school care. Since our beginning, we have worked incredibly hard to create the best possible afterschool program in Brandon, Florida; with the belief that “parents help parents”.
Our team is highly qualified in all aspects of child enrichment, including High School Diplomas up to Degree level. We continually invest in our team and provide opportunities to further their knowledge and development which maintains their motivation, commitment, and enjoyment. This could be through long-term qualification routes or short courses or in-house training.

Vacancies:
Infant Teacher
We are currently seeking a fun, dedicated and caring Infant Teacher/Floater to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the well-being and development of our children.
Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure a safe play environment and supervise children's activities.
• Communicate with parents about daily activities and behaviors.
• Promote children's emotional and social development.
• Sanitize toys and assist with dressing and diaper changes.
• Maintain records on children's activities and health.
• Identify and communicate developmental concerns to parents.
• Teach children about health and personal habits.
• Organize and manage play materials and perform administrative tasks.
• Create age-appropriate lesson plans and perform housekeeping duties.
• Engage children in reading, arts, and crafts activities.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field is a plus.
• Understanding of infant development and care.
• CPR and First Aid certification for infants and children.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A full background check will need to be completed.
